It includes all circulars from the start of their online availability in 2002. By simply selecting the department name and searching by criteria such as circular number, reference, date, or any keyword, I can quickly find the specific circular I need. The search functionality is highly versatile, allowing searches by department, date, or keyword, making it incredibly convenient.

Additionally, I can access and share this dashboard from any device, whether it's a mobile phone, laptop, or desktop. Since it's built in Google Sheets, I can access it from any location. This form was developed for a school friend and contains information about a fictitious company. The initial design concept was sourced from the internet and subsequently redesigned to be functional in Microsoft Excel. It utilizes advanced Excel functions like XLOOKUP, FILTER, and SUMIFS to enhance data handling capabilities. Moreover, the form is macro-enabled, which means it can automatically load data into a separate table for further business analysis or for mail merging purposes. To improve user experience, several multi-level drop-down lists have been incorporated, making the form more interactive and user-friendly. This combination of features ensures that the form is both efficient and easy to use for various business applications.

Macro Enabled Excel Template for Automatic Data Entry

In this Excel template, a macro-enabled form has been developed to enhance user experience and efficiency. Users can select options from a dropdown list, and certain fields will automatically populate based on previous selections. When data is entered into a field, its background color changes from light blue to light green, and a tick mark appears to indicate completion. Once all fields are filled, users can press the 'Confirm' button to automatically save the data in a Report Excel Sheet. This form is designed to be user-friendly, leveraging functions like FILTER and XLOOKUP to facilitate the auto-filling of specific fields. Additionally, it is macro-enabled to automatically load data into a separate table for further business analysis or mail merging. Multiple drop-down lists have been incorporated to further enhance user-friendliness.
