I have created this dashboard to monitor my assigned business units. Developed in MS Excel, it utilizes advanced formulas such as FILTER, XLOOKUP, CONDITIONAL FORMATTING, RANK.EQ, and SUMIFS. By selecting a branch name from a drop-down list, the dashboard automatically updates. Specific fields turn light red based on certain conditions, making it easy to identify key information. The inclusion of charts and graphs enhances understanding, and comparisons with previous years or baseline terms are also provided.
