Macro Enabled Excel Template for Automatic Data Entry

In this Excel template, a macro-enabled form has been developed to enhance user experience and efficiency. Users can select options from a dropdown list, and certain fields will automatically populate based on previous selections. When data is entered into a field, its background color changes from light blue to light green, and a tick mark appears to indicate completion. Once all fields are filled, users can press the 'Confirm' button to automatically save the data in a Report Excel Sheet. This form is designed to be user-friendly, leveraging functions like FILTER and XLOOKUP to facilitate the auto-filling of specific fields. Additionally, it is macro-enabled to automatically load data into a separate table for further business analysis or mail merging. Multiple drop-down lists have been incorporated to further enhance user-friendliness.
