This super dynamic dashboard has been created keeping in mind the needs of a person who wants to keep track of each fitness components. Earlier I have created individual trackers which allow an user to keep track of individual components like blood pressure, sugar, weight, exercise, calories burned, weight progress etc. All these trackers as well as sleep tracker, nutrition tracker, Hydration tracker, medical information, mood and energy level, heart rate monitoring etc. have been incorporated in this dashboard to make it a very comprehensive fitness tracker. User will have to enter few basic data in corresponding sheets and the dashboard will automatically shows the progress. User can select a particular date and the fitness position on that day is graphically presented. Number of graphs and charts have been included here to make it more visual. Besides, other than position of a particular date, few components and their trends are shown on monthly basis. It can be a substitute of an expensive smart watch. It can be customized to need of each individual.
