I have created an Excel template to monitor project development, incorporating all relevant and important information about the project. Its dynamic design allows users to easily visualize the project's progress. To track the project's advancement, the template includes a schedule of tasks and a Gantt chart. The area map automatically updates based on the selected project, making it a user-friendly and visually impressive dashboard. Advanced Excel functions such as area map, XLOOKUP, and the image function (for Google Sheets) have been utilized in its creation.
