This macro-enabled Excel workbook offers a comprehensive accounting solution starting from data entry. Users can easily input data using a user-friendly entry form that includes dependent multiple drop-down lists for selecting items by main categories such as income, expense, asset, and liability. A macro automatically transfers the entered data to the Journal sheet, while the Ledger, Trial Balance, and Income Statement are generated automatically. The form also features a cross-check option to ensure Total Debit equals Total Credit. Besides, the data entry form also shows a summary of all entries at the lower portion of the form. Additionally, form control buttons allow users to navigate between different sheets effortlessly. The inclusion of slicers enhances the package's usability by enabling item-wise search, making it even more user-friendly. Advanced excel functions like FILTER, XLOOKUP, DATA VALIDATION etc. have been used to create this excel template.
